Refund & Returns Policy

Please read the description carefully and ensure you are happy with the specifications of the product before purchase.

We do not offer refunds for sizing related issues if:

The size is clearly stated in the description on the merchandise page and the sizing or specifications are within reasonable variance. As our products are hand made, there may be slight variances to the images on the website.

However, we do our best to maintain the quality and consistency of our merchandise and product range. Please contact us if there is any defects or damage from postage.

RETURNS

Please contact us with name, contact phone number and email if you wish to return items.

To be eligible for a return on all Korowai and Merchandise, your item must be unused and in original new condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We also require a receipt of proof of purchase.

All items need to be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your item, and all return costs are at the expense of the customer. We recommend courier track and trace as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Once your item is returned and inspected, we will send you an email and notify you of the  return of item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be  applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
