This KAKA BEAK RED KOROWAI is inspired by the flora of Papatuanuku, (Mother Nature), the pretty Kaka Beak flower,

This Korowai begins with White Hen at the top, cascading down with Red Hen and Red Coque feathers, into a Base of Black Hen and Coque feathers.

An original design, perfect to wear at significant Whanau celebrations, Special Birthdays, Weddings and Graduations.

This Korowai is triple lined, with feathers on a strong Calico Backing, an inner layer of Poplin for comfort, and finishes with a lining of Polyester Satin, adding a cool, yet lux touch.

The black cord ties are highlighted with matching feathers.
