Moana Blue - Aroha Korowai Canvas

Inspired by the Turquoise Blue of the Moana Nui a Kiwa, (Pacific Ocean) we have designed and created the small Turquoise Blue Korowai on Canvas.

This stunning and unique little Korowai honours your whanau, blending Culture, Heritage and Tradition with this Contemporary Korowai. Very often it is given as a matching Gift to display, of the parent Korowai of the same design. 

This beautiful small Turquoise Blue KOROWAI has a mantle of Royal Blue Hen, then drops into the body of Royal Blue and Turquoise Blue Hen & Coque feathers.

The TOHU (sign)at the base is AROHA meaning Love. This taonga can also be made with Maori Art at the base. (See other designs)

The black cord ties are highlighted with matching feathers. 

The TANIKO Band is Contemporary Paua Blue, but can also be Poutama or Patiki Taniko. The Canvas is painted in Acrylic and covered with clear wrapping paper.
