Pohutakawa Red

This Korowai begins with several rows of White Hen feathers at the top, cascading down with a rich symphony of Red Hen and Coque feathers, interspersed with striking Red Chinchilla Feathers to achieve a blend of Regal harmony and balance. A band of soft White Hen features at the base to complement the vibrant red tones.

The POHUTAKAWA RED KOROWAI is a beautiful Korowai and perfect for your child to wear with pride and honor at significant whanau celebrations, at Kura events, Kapa Haka and for whanau photos

This Korowai is triple lined, with feathers on a strong Calico Backing, an inner layer of Poplin for comfort, and finishes with a lining of Polyester Satin, adding a cool, yet lux touch. The black cord ties are highlighted with matching feathers.

The TANIKO Band is CONTEMPORARY red which compliments this KOROWAI.
