Our PURPLE BLEND KOROWAI is inspired by the deep connection Maori have to the Spiritual Realms in te Ao Maori. The vibrant purple hues evoke feelings of wisdom, creativity and calmness.

This PURPLE BLEND KOROWAI embodies a Concept of Kaitiaki, a Responsibility to Balance the Harmony between the Natural world and the Spiritual Realm.

This vibrant Korowai features White Hen and an accent of Natural Chinchilla feathers at the top, cascading down into a rich symphony of Purple, plum, aubergine colour tones, ending with an accent panel of White Hen and Natural Chinchilla, before it concludes with Purple and Aubergine Coque Feathers at the Base.

This PURPLE BLEND KOROWAI is perfect to wear with pride and honor at significant Whanau celebrations, Special Birthdays, Weddings and Graduations.

This Korowai is triple lined, with feathers on a strong Calico Backing, an inner layer of Poplin for comfort, and finishes with a lining of Polyester Satin, adding a cool, yet lux touch. The black cord ties are highlighted with matching feathers.

The TANIKO Band is POUTAMA PURPLE which compliments this PURPLE BLEND KOROWAI. This Korowai comes boxed with its own hanger and garment cover.
